Normally an excellent hotel. Last two stays have been lacking in some details. Found (very obvious) fingernail clippings on the bathroom floor upon check-in. Had to use the service elevators for our stay as the main elevators were out of service. Housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed. Service elevators still moved at a good speed. Bar service was great (very great!) and the lounge is excellent and well stocked. Hotel was able to help recover a lost item, so that goes a long way in wanting to return next time. Overall a good hotel and worth returning, may have just had a few bad days.

Clean hotel and well-kept rooms. The location is good for a decent hotel closer to the airport. The gym is very good. The coffee maker was not clean. The staff tried to clean the water holder with a toothbrush; but it didn't work. The room sound-proofing is poor. Please give your staff proper cleaning tools.

A perfect location and place for any gala, corporate function, or personal family get away. Conveniently located right in the heart of the Woodlands in a safe and clean place full of great restaurants and walkways. The hotel and convention center of the facility far exceeded my expectations, and we will definitely be back. Additionally, the food and table service was excellent and very well done. This place is awesome!

Very clean hotel in a semi business district area. The rooms were clean and spacious. The ladies at check in were very nice and welcoming. The guy at checkout not so much. The restaurant was very nice as well. Worth a stay if you're in the area. Also loved the mini complimentary pillow mist in the rooms to help sleep.

One of the cleanest rooms I ever stayed in from Marriott. Probably top 3. 1. Window sill had no dust 2. Floors did not feel sticky even without shoes on. 3. No bugs in sight. Super relaxing area and huge plus because their gym is down across the street is a new 24/7 fitness with not a lot of ppl. Good Uber eats option nearby. The only con I would say is some staff just doesn't seem friendly. Feels like you owe them money or treat u very cold. (Not maintenance or room service people) But, overall I loved the stay. I stayed at hotels over 300 night a yr before and never had a chance to ride in the hidden service elevator. It was a blast!

Wonderful couples pool staycation. Clean modern finishes, delicious food and very friendly service throughout. Pool is beautiful but deck is much smaller than it should be for this size of a hotel, we were lucky get 2 of the 8 or 10 chaises. Many folks wandered in with no place to lay out. Still a great hotel.

Nice spot. Elevators were under repair during last visit. We used the service elevator instead. The entrance was hidden like a speak easy. Kind of fun. Overall lovely hotel in a great location.
